Receipt-required evidence for the Chief Risk Officer.
GeoClear provides the deterministic evidence required to automate internal NFIP determination workflows. Every $0.10 API result ships with a customer-held operational receipt your team retains for post-decision review, created at decision time, verified independently later.
Property evidence is checked at decision time, converted into an operational receipt, and retained with the loan file for QC, audit, and review.
The dollar problem
Manual flood certifications cost $8-$15 per address and turn around in 1-3 days. Multiply that by a few hundred originations a month and the certification overhead alone is $8K-$45K monthly. Worse: when a regulator surfaces a 2026 origination three years from now, the evidence is a paper trail and a vendor attestation. Not the verdict itself.
| Workflow | Traditional | GeoClear |
|---|---|---|
| Flood determination | $8-$15 manual cert | $0.10 / API call |
| Latency | 1-3 days | <5ms p95 |
| Failure mode | Human transcription | Deterministic, same input, same verdict |
| Auditor evidence | Paper trail + vendor attestation | tamper-evident operational receipt, verifiable offline |
| HMDA census tract | Stitched from 2 sources | Returned in same call |
| Procurement cycle | 3-6 months | 60 seconds, Get Live Key |
Why the receipt is the asset
Every GeoClear result ships with a tamper-evident operational receipt. If anyone tampers with the verdict, stored in your loan-origination system or pulled into a CRA filing, verification fails. The receipt is issued at decision time and travels with the loan record.
Your QC reviewer or auditor verifies it later using customer-held verification material, no GeoClear server is required for the verification result. Substrate detail lives behind the trust boundary.
