Your team writes the operational policy. The policy describes which actions are approved, under which conditions. You stay in operational control.

The policy is loaded into the verification layer and validated. The runtime boundary is provisioned to evaluate every action against this policy.

Runtime Verification
At the moment intent becomes action, GeoClear evaluates the action against the approved policy and issues a verdict: accept, hold, reject, block, or escalate.

Operational Evidence
The verdict is preserved as an operational evidence record. The record is held by you, not GeoClear. The receiving system accepts the action only on that evidence.

Accountability
Anyone authorized can verify the evidence independently, without calling back to GeoClear, without trusting the platform that took the action.

Continuous Improvement
Operational evidence accumulates into a record of how your AI actually behaved. You decide how that record informs the next policy revision.
